– Treating all artists and participants equally and fairly, with compensation provided according to clear and transparent terms.
– Maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere both online and at the festival.

Your Role

We ask all attendees, participants, and contributors to:
– Treat others with kindness, respect, and dignity.
– Celebrate creativity and individuality while fostering a supportive community.
– Avoid any form of hate speech, harassment, threats, intimidation, or disruptive behavior—whether online or in person.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We do not tolerate:
– Harassment, stalking, or physical intimidation.
– Verbal hostility, condescending remarks, or hate speech of any kind.
– Behavior that disrupts performances or events.

Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate action, which may include warnings, removal from the event, or reporting to authorities when necessary.

Reporting and Support

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify a member of the festival team immediately. We are here to listen, support, and address any concerns to ensure the festival remains a safe and enjoyable space for everyone.
